My name is Sudeshna Dash (she/her) and I've been a talent professional for close to 20 years now. Brandon Hall, the Oscars of the Learning Industry, made an appearance in my learning design journey very early on when the project team that I was part of won the Bronze and suddenly, my world had expanded. I currently focus on quality, metrics and methods in learning and development, and coach learning and development talent all over the organization. I facilitate professional learning and development certification programs at Intermountain Health, in partnership with other learning industry leaders. I spend much of my time evaluating training programs and working to show the value of training using proven methods, and using 5 levels of evaluation.
