The Employee Voice Excellence Award is designed for organizations of all sizes and industries that prioritize employee feedback and strive to create inclusive, thriving workplaces. This award spotlights companies that prioritize employee voices. Companies of all sizes and industries can participate by conducting a 10-question survey crafted by Brandon Hall Group to gather insights from their workforce. This award is for companies committed to enhancing employee engagement and productivity through feedback.

Winners are announced quarterly. Those recognized in the first three quarters of 2024 will be honored for 2024 achievements, while those in the final quarter will be recognized for 2025. All winners are celebrated at the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence 25 Conference Gala in 2025.

  1. Payment: To initiate the award journey, organizations pay a nominal fee of $895. Make your payment here to secure your participation. 
  2. Survey Kit Distribution: Once payment is confirmed, organizations receive the Employee Voice Award survey kit via email, including a custom collector link for your organization. 
  3. Survey Launch: Utilize the survey kit to deploy the 10-question survey within your organization. 
  4. Employee Participation: Encourage your workforce to share their thoughts and experiences through the survey. 
  5. Analysis: We compare employee sentiments gathered from the survey with our extensive research data. 
  6. Recognition: Based on the analysis, organizations with above average scores amongst their employees will be recognized as winners. At the end of the award cycle, we provide insights on how your organization stacks up against others.

Our Excellence Awards, Employee Voice Excellence Award program runs year-round, allowing continuous participation and award consideration. While submissions are accepted throughout the year, the cycle closes at the end of May. Winners for the current year are announced annually in July. Submissions made after May will be considered for the following year’s awards.
