Our Excellence Awards, Employee Voice Excellence Award program runs year-round, allowing continuous participation and award consideration. While submissions are accepted throughout the year, the cycle closes at the end of May. Winners for the current year are announced annually in July. Submissions made after May will be considered for the following year’s awards.
- Payment: To initiate the award journey, organizations pay a nominal fee of $895. Make your payment here to secure your participation.
- Survey Kit Distribution: Once payment is confirmed, organizations receive the Employee Voice Award survey kit via email, including a custom collector link for your organization.
- Survey Launch: Utilize the survey kit to deploy the 10-question survey within your organization.
- Employee Participation: Encourage your workforce to share their thoughts and experiences through the survey.
- Analysis: We compare employee sentiments gathered from the survey with our extensive research data.
- Recognition: Based on the analysis, organizations with above average scores amongst their employees will be recognized as winners. At the end of the award cycle, we provide insights on how your organization stacks up against others.

To participate, organizations launch a 10-question survey specially crafted by Brandon Hall Group. This survey gathers valuable insights directly from the workforce. The Employee Voice Excellence Award recognizes the companies that excel at listening to their employees and using that feedback to create more engaged, productive, and fulfilling work environments. If empowering your workforce is a key focus, we encourage you to apply for this impactful award.
Winners will be announced on a quarterly basis. Those who win in the first three quarters of 2024 (January through September) will be recognized for their program achievements in the current year (2024).
Winners who enter and are selected in the final quarter of 2024 (October through December) will be recognized as winners for the upcoming year (2025).
All winners, regardless of the year they won, who attend the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence 25 Conference will be honored at the Gala celebration for the 2025 award year.
