My name is Sudeshna Dash (she/her) and I’ve been a talent professional for close to 20 years now. Brandon Hall, the Oscars of the Learning Industry, made an appearance in my learning design journey very early on when the project team that I was part of won the Bronze and suddenly, my world had expanded. Those were early days and throughout, having been part of teams that won several awards, to now being a judge on the panel has been thrilling. I learn from each of the entries I review and this adds to the combined pool of knowledge that Brandon Hall brings to all of us in the Talent space.
