I am a passionate and results-driven Software Development Engineer with expertise in backend systems, cloud technologies, and machine learning. I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and currently pursuing Engineering Management degree at Trine University. My work focuses on creating efficient, scalable solutions that leverage my strong technical skills and my commitment to continuous improvement.
Currently, I am a Software Development Engineer II at Amazon, where I develop and optimize backend services, design robust APIs, and ensure operational excellence. I specialize in leveraging AWS technologies such as DynamoDB, Lambda, and CloudFormation to create high-performance, reliable applications. A key achievement in my current role was reducing the latency of a critical API powering the Luna Library page, which had a significant impact on user experience.
Before Amazon, I’ve had the opportunity to work at Goldman Sachs as a Summer Analyst, where I developed an anomaly detection dashboard for AWS ECS services, and at the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, where I researched machine learning models for language dialect identification.
Outside of my technical work, I am deeply involved in leadership roles. I served as the Graduate Vice President of Aggie Women in Computer Science (AWICS) at Texas A&M University, where I led initiatives to support women in tech. Additionally, I have authored research papers presented at the IEEE International Conference on Distributed Computing and Robotics.
Driven by a passion for problem-solving and innovation, I’m always looking for opportunities to tackle new challenges and contribute to the advancement of technology. I believe in the power of collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning, and I am excited to continue growing as an engineer.
