Rohit Shenoy heads learning and leadership development globally for DXC Technology ,a fortune 500 global IT services leader with 130,000 people in 70 plus countries. His team manages DXC’s learning ecosystem and all behavioral and leadership development initiatives. He loves working with leadership teams on strategy and building stronger leadership teams, designing impactful learning journeys and dabbling with the latest in learning technology. His team recently won 2 Gold awards in Brandon Hall human capital management awards and implemented a next generation learning ecosystem for all employees at DXC.
In his earlier role , he led Organization and Talent Development for Sterlite Power – a Vedanta group company and a Leader in the Power Transmission sector. Prior to this, he was in HR consulting with DDI handling a portfolio of key client relationships for DDI in India. In a career spanning around 18 years with Organizations like Infosys, Accenture and Siemens he has worked in a broad range of HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Organization Development and HR Business Partnering).
As an HR consultant, he has consulted and managed consulting projects across diverse Industry segments and multiple geographies across frontline to Senior Management in Talent Management, Leadership Development and Employer Branding Projects.
He is a mechanical Engineer from National Institute of Engineering (NIE) Mysore (India) and an MBA HR and Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) Pune (India). He is a results certified Neuroleadership coach, a coach for life (CFL) certified coach, a certified CB5 Psychometric consultant, a certified Leadership Circle consultant and a DDI certified behavioral assessor, facilitator and feedback provider. He led the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) Delhi NCR hub and recently completed an OD certification with Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
