Richard currently supports his company’s Customer Operations organization as a Principal – Technology Business Analysis. His team designs, develops, and delivers applications that enhance the user experience for Mobility and Broadband agents. Richard frequently collaborates with product owners, project managers, solution architects, business analysts, UX designers, and developers. 

  

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and a Master of Education degree in information science and learning technologies.
