Senior Learning and Experience Designer 


As a Senior Learning and Experience Designer, I work with stakeholders from the different Lines of Businesses for Wealth. I design and develop solutions that enhance employee performance and client experience while helping drive strong business outcomes. 

Wide exposure to the L&D space in different corporations for over close to two decades, has presented unique design opportunities. I have worked with organizations in Retail (including Walmart Canada and Reliance Retail India), Consulting (Capgemini India), Software (IBM and Symantec India), Outsourcing (WNS) and Banking (BMO).

I am proficient in the design and development cycle for creating and delivering interactive, engaging, accessible and effective learning content. I work extensively with different authoring tools, with a deep understanding of how asset outputs impact the different hosting and delivery channels and the impact of design choices on the end user experience. 

I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (equivalent to a Master’s degree as recognized by World Education Services) with dual specialization in Marketing and Human Resource Development.
