Pushparaj is a learning strategist and knowledge management consultant with two decades of experience leading global IT training and development platforms. In the past, he has worked for CMC, Hewlett-Packard, Agilent, Cisco Systems and HCL Technologies. He is currently employed by Identity Digital and is responsible for the global training and knowledge management operations. 

 

Pushparaj holds an MCA and MBA from The University of Madras and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in knowledge management. Having earned the most prestigious credential in the world – Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) – he has had great success throughout his career. In addition, he holds the Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) and ITIL Certification in Service Management certifications in the IT Networking domain. 

 

For more than 10 years, Pushparaj has been involved in the training industry’s conferences and programs and currently a member of ATD and I4PL and a Brandon Hall Judge since 2020.  Pushparaj has a deep passion for new learning technologies. He constantly explores new areas like AI, Blockchain VR & AR, LXP and Immersive Learning solutions looking for innovative solutions for the current business crisis. 

 

In addition to being a Knowledge Management consultant for Tech start-ups, he is a Voice Actor and is currently writing a book titled, “Knowledge First, Deliveries Second.” He also regularly coaches people on Emotional Intelligence & Mindfulness.
