Prashanthi is an expert in architecting Distributed Systems and building Big Data Pipelines. Prior to Adobe, Prashanthi was the founding engineer for Xactly SimplyComp – industry’s first DIY Incentive Compensation Management SaaS offering which targeted SMB space and their need for low touch self-service onboarding for their Incentive Compensation data with low consulting cost. She led multiple innovations in the field of distributed graph processing and high performance large scale data processing applications.
Beyond work, Prashanthi is deeply committed to mentoring and actively participate in women in STEM forums at high schools and universities. She likes to fill her weekends with camping and overlanding trips and DIY projects around the house.
