Niranjan Kulkarni Bio 

 

Niranjan is a talent development (TD) professional with 17 years of experience in Clinical Research and the talent development field. In his current role, he leads a team of TD professionals in the Life Sciences Business Unit of a multinational company. His team is instrumental in creating learner centered and performance-based talent development strategy which aligns with the organizational goals. 

He believes that TD teams have a critical responsibility of bringing best out of the organization’s most critical resource i.e., its people. If done effectively, the TD team can help individuals meet their personal goals and ensure that the organizations have a very engaged and a high performing talent pool which outperforms the competition in adding value to the stakeholders. 

Academically, Niranjan is a pharmacist and has completed his Master’s in Business Management. He is certified Professional in Talend Development (from Association of Talent Development). He has published multiple papers in reputed journals and has been instrumental in leading teams to win several prestigious International Awards, like Brandon Hall and Association for Talent Development (ATD). 

In his free time, Niranjan loves to play sports and enjoy music.
