As Director of Data Science & AI Products, I conceived, architected and envisioned an Omnichannel Marketing Product for the world’s largest retailer, focusing on LLM-driven innovations in Conversational Recommender Systems using Multi-Agent Systems and RL (Adaptive Bandits) for n=1 level of personalization. Think new age CDP, but with Agents and decision Making built in.
Introduced the vision, strategy that became a strong Company wide initiative all the way to Walmart US CRO.
Previously, I was the first Director of Data Science at AstraZeneca, leading AI initiatives in oncology and patient biomarker prediction where I led a team from 0 (first hire) to 20 people in 2 years and launched Agentic RAG driven medical chatbot saving $3MM/yr in one use case and a GenAI content tagging pipeline directly embedded within content management system.
I also worked as a Research Data Science Lead at Facebook, built out the Network Data Science Team, a first of its kind at Facebook, and my team’s work in AI for data center operations was featured in TechCrunch (https://techcrunch.com/2022/06/18/microsoft-and-meta-join-google-in-using-ai-to-help-run-their-data-centers/)
