I have been part of the elearning industry since 2006, carrying almost 16 years of instructional design experience, with expertise in designing serious games and business simulations. I have served as a training leader in Optum for almost 4 years, and have won several Brandon Hall awards during my career. 

In my current role, I am serving as a training leader in Optum Global Solutions’ Learning Solutions function. I lead a team of instructional designers who create digital learning content for Optum employees across India, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Colombia, and United States. I serve as a performance consultant to Optum’s various lines of businesses, helping them identify their business problems and providing solutions that lead to measurable outcomes. I also work with training managers and trainers to help them design process training curricula that is geared toward achieving speed to proficiency, enhanced employee engagement, and improved quality and productivity throughput.
