Global Learning Partner – I have supported Merck Research Laboratories (MRL). My global client groups include Regulatory Affairs International (RAI) and the Global Clinical Trails Operation (GCTO). I also provide consultancy for the wider EMEA region for all functions within MRL. This includes strategic L&D planning for the business units and performance consulting. This work was recognized with 4 Brandon Hall HCM awards in 2022, 2 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze

Prior to joining MSD and Merck I have been privileged to work with a number of organizations in both the public and private sectors working within heath care, tourism, aerospace, pharmaceutical and engineering sectors. The most recent roles include being corporately accountable for both Learning and Development, as well as Organisational Development functions.
