I am Diana Khramina, the Chief of Staff of Gorgias, a leading e-commerce software company that provides customer service solutions to over 12,000 brands. We raised a Series C funding in a round that boosted its valuation to $710 million. Among our investors, we have SaaStr, Sapphire Ventures, Transpose Platform, Shopify, CRV, and Alven. 

 

At Gorgias, I have created the strategic vision for the support industry, scaled the second product of the company, and driven revenue and cost improvements. Before joining Gorgias, I was a Strategy Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where I advised large corporations on strategy, digital transformation, procurement transformation, and research topics. 

 

I have also won several awards for my academic and professional achievements, such as the “Investment prize” for the Sutainable Sustainability hackathon in Shanghai, the finalist of McKinsey Next Generation Women Leaders Award, the Emlyon Business School Excellence Scholarship. 

 

I am passionate about strategic operations and scaling businesses efficiently, and I have extensive experience in judging innovative projects and ideas. I am currently a judge at MHL Hackathon and HEC-X Entrepreneurship Program, two prestigious institutions that foster entrepreneurship and innovation.
