Dhamayanthi has won several accolades including the Gold Business Impact Award, Silver Strategy Award, and Special Certificate of Merit for Trailblazer from International CLO Learning in Practice Awards, California. She was also the recipient of the MVP (Most Valuable Professional) Award for C#.NET from Microsoft for three years, the HR Leadership Award, Best Learning Leader, HR Tech Leader, Training Leader of the Year, and Women Super Achiever awards. Dhamayanthi led her team to win 50+ awards including ATD Excellence in Practice Awards, and Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards.

Dhamayanthi has won the best presenter award at international conferences and published several research papers in reputed journals. Her Ph.D. research papers on the Improvement of Software Defect Prediction & Sentiment Analysis framework using Machine Learning Algorithms are published in Springer journals during 2018-2021.

 

She has been an invited speaker at various industry forums including SHRM, PMI, IEEE, CSI, NHRD, GSDC, CII, People Matters, World HRD Congress, iVentiv, and Dun & Bradstreet.

 

She currently works at Kyndryl, a spin-off of IBM, the world’s largest IT Infrastructure provider, headquartered in New York with $19 billion in Annual Revenue and a 90000-strong global employee base as a Director, Learning Consulting.
