I am an instructional designer by trade. I’ve designed and developed training in multiple formats for mostly large technology companies and large consulting firms: Arthur Andersen (now Accenture), Ernst & Young, Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, etc. Mostly sales training but in other topic areas as well. I’ve been doing this work since 1986.
