I am the Senior Manager of the Learning Experience Design (LXD) Team supporting the J&J Learn Global Services Center (GSC) organization. I establish and implement targeted learning strategies, utilize Scrum/Agile methods to provide “iteration” project management on team projects, perform “people manager” activities in managing my nineteen Learning Experience Design (LXD) team members, and ensure the application of adult learning theories in the design and development of J&J learning content. 

My team has won 6 Brandon Hall Group Awards (2 Gold, 4 Bronze) for designing and developing key J&J Learn GSC Learning Programs in the last two years. 

  • Managed the award winning LXD Team, including setting strategic direction, defining standards, establishing processes, utilizing the latest technologies, and facilitating professional development. 
  • Partnered with J&J Business Units to design, develop, and deliver efficient learner-centric, world class learning. 
  • Ensured the team applies consistent and thoughtful diversity, equity, and inclusion in all learning. 
  • Utilized learning data to make informed, purposed decisions. 
  • Conduct research on the future of learning design and development, including experience learning, simulation, gaming, and AR/VR.
