Business Divestiture Program – 3M Healthcare Company: 

Leading large-scale SAP ERP transformation for a $9 billion+ healthcare company on ‘SAP S/4HANA RISE Private Cloud Edition’, focusing on digital core product and design adoption. Responsible for a $20 million+ SAP services contract and future contract revenue. Deploying products and modules in 3 waves across North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe, including 17 manufacturing plants and 26 distribution centers. 

 

Modernization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Platform – CINTAS Fire Division: 

Led a large SAP ERP transformation for a customer to support their digital growth from $400 million to a $1 billion division. Oversaw a Greenfield S4HANA 2022 RISE project with SAP cloud products: Field Service Management (FSM), Sales Performance Management, SuccessFactors, and Concur. During implementations, I managed overall service relationships among the customer, partner, and SAP, ensuring projects were delivered on time and within budget, maintaining high customer satisfaction. I also oversaw SAP product adoption and service delivery, significantly impacting the $30million P&L for SAP North America’s Customer Services & Delivery organization. 

 

SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Platform Rollout and COVID Vaccine Distribution Program-McKesson: 

The Global Engagement Program (North America + Europe) encompasses services valued at approximately $12 million. It manages multiple initiatives, including COVID vaccine distribution through a 15-months program, achieving over $500 million in national and international distribution via the SAP platform, which meets the USA CDC’s 15x volume expectations. The SAP S/4HANA 1909 Greenfield project spans over four years with a planned rollout in multiple countries, including the UK, Norway, France, and Germany, supported by a diverse team. Additionally, the S/4HANA 2020 program focuses on planning and executing the U.S. Pharma & Specialty consolidation. 

 

Global SAP Engagement for Worlds largest Retailer- Walmart (Fortune Rank 1): 

Oversaw a $17+ million SAP Premium Engagement Services delivery at the client, successfully executing an SAP lead program and various projects. Directed SAP BW/HANA migration and upgraded the entire SAP landscape, including 20+ critical systems. Delivered a complex SAP S/4HANA 1610 digital transformation project for the UK business division. Managed the Downstream & Retail Fuel Network project for hundreds of service stations and a distribution center on the SAP S/4HANA 1610 platform. Led a large services team, including Project Managers, Solution Architects, Technical Quality Managers, and SAP Subject Matter experts for client engagement and delivery. 

 

In Summary progressed from Software Engineer to Account Director and Delivery Executive. As Head of Delivery at Global SAP account, I manage product delivery, collaborate extensively, and oversee $30 million portfolio.
