- As a Principal Software Engineer at AT&T, I lead the development and implementation of software solutions for various business units, leveraging my expertise in Gen AI, LLM, Salesforce, Appian, software development, and agile methodologies. I have successfully delivered multiple projects that improved the efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction of AT&T’s operations. I have over 8 years of experience working in Information Technology. With a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of New Orleans, I have a strong engineering background and a passion for solving complex problems with innovative solutions, including those involving Gen AI. I have gained valuable experience in working with different domains, such as telecom, banking, government, and education, and using various technologies, such as Salesforce, PowerApps, Power Automate, and databases.
