In my current tenure at SAP America Inc, he assists various customers in adoption and upskilling planning, and change management strategies. 

With his rich international experience, I have helped previous employers in setting up operations and launching businesses in different African countries. Currently, I am involved in various research publication in Digital Adoption, Change Management, AI, and other relevant topics. I also participates as speakers in various student, and young professional events to share my experiences and knowledge.
