Anindyo,s responsibilities include partnering with 10+business units across GCC & Levant regions for all Talent, Leadership, L&D Consultancy & change initiatives for the Group. Anindyo is an award winning CIPD, ATD & ILM Certified Learning & Development professional with specialization in designing & developing learning solutions from Leadership Development to Senior Managers. Anindyo is a Franklin Covey Leadership Master Trainer and one of the First certified Coach in the Middle East on Resilience Coaching.
