Angie is a result driven HR professional with over 14+ years of experience in business partnering & specialist roles across diverse industries & geographies managing varied HR portfolios as center of excellence at organizational level including Talent & Performance Management, Career Management, Succession planning & Employee relations.

Proactive and seasoned in assessing business needs combined with expertise in data analytics, process design & process improvements, she is adept in effectively designing & aligning HR/OD interventions with focus on achieving organizational business goals

Angie currently leads Talent Management for Amazon operations in the Middle East, Australia and Singapore. Previously she managed the Talent management Center of excellence at Group level for Middle East & Levant operations in one the largest retail conglomerates and her entire approach, design ,execution with proven business impact received the Gold Award for the Best Advance in Career and Succession Management in 2020. Angie holds a Master’s in HR, Bachelor of Engineering along with professional qualifications in behavioral science space.
