Led an initiative to redesign the L&D operating model for a manufacturing client to align L&D strategies with the organization’s business vision. • Architected AR and VR solutions to introduce and mainstream immersive learning experiences and increase learning adoption. Created agile POD (Project Oriented Development) teams for faster delivery of products to the market. Built a sandbox for AR technical skills for employees to learn and practice hands – on technical development of AR modules as a learn and earn strategy.
