Throughout my 13+ year career in ERP systems, particularly PeopleSoft Financials and HCM solutions, I’ve consistently strived for excellence and innovation. My work has spanned major government agencies, higher education institutions, and staffing agencies, where I’ve designed and streamlined HR and Finance business processes. 

My goal has been to not only excel in my professional roles but also to contribute significantly to the broader field of software engineering, particularly in ERP and HCM solutions. This ambition led me to seek recognition and involvement in prestigious professional organizations. 

I pursued and achieved several notable memberships and awards: 

Senior Member of IEEE: I was admitted to the highest grade of membership within the IEEE, an organization with over 423,000 members in more than 160 countries. This recognition required a rigorous application process, judged by national and international experts in my field.
