I am currently working with Infopro Learning as their Senior Learning Experience Architect and supporting their fortune 500 clients on their learning and development journey, helping them create a robust strategy and execute project plans. Prior to this, I was with Archer-Daniel Midland (ADM) as their Global Enterprise Learning Lead, wherein I provided oversight to the 1ADM Change Program, strategizing the learning plan and deployment of SAP HANA modules. I was based out of the Netherland office and aligned closely with the communications team and change managers, helping ADM create a cohesive solution. 

Prior to ADM, I have worked with Accenture Management Consulting within their Talent and Organization team, aligned with the Learning offering as a seasoned L&D Manager. I was with Accenture for over a decade and my prior experience is with organizations such NIIT, Career Launcher, Archies Ltd., and
