I have been leading the HR function since 1987 and have successfully implemented HR policies and practices that align with the company’s vision, values, and goals.
I am also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and I enjoy working with senior leaders to help them discover and leverage their strengths, as well as cultivate a culture of psychological safety.
I have a passion for mentoring and coaching people, and I am a member of several professional bodies, such as the Council Member of HBR, Thinkers360, and EMCC.
