First and foremost, I love Data Analysis. Ever since i started my career a decade back creating a visualization on a retail store in India as my intern/training class, I have been obsessed with business intelligence and data warehousing solutions for business problems. I believe in the power of what an data analysis story telling would bring to the business and help them in proactive decision making. 

 

Initially, I was involved in doing Anti-Money Laundering data analysis for an Banking customer to provide an Proof Of Concept solution to take proactive decisions for business users. It helped me learn a lot about the overall process in dealing with those transactions. It helped my organization to get the project for the customer. Great working with whole fresh minds of team in my internship project with experienced professionals within the organization. 

 

For my first professional project in my career, I was given the platform to show my training skills on report development as an Software Engineer for an Banking & Financial client. I was motivated by excellent team during my start of the career “Initial 2 Years of hard work pays an long way in career” – It definitely has been an motivational message for my career. I was involved in the project of migrating from Legacy system (Mainframe reporting) to Modern BI reporting solution using MicroStrategy as Enterprise BI platform. Upskilled myself from Developer to Administration and then to Architect in handling the project to greater success for business users. I was involved in various initiatives for organization pre-sales initiatives to bring business for the organization and grow myself in the area of BI space. Great exposure interacting with various executives and presenting the solution for business problems. 

 

During my second professional engagement, I was given the option to show Mobile Report solution to Healthcare customers and also demonstrate the BI capabilities of Power BI, Tableau & MicroStrategy. Great journey to help healthcare customers in solving their problems within ER, Surgical, Bar Code Administrations & various clinical applications. 

 

Currently, helping retail customers to build an transaction service application & managing the Enterprise BI system as a team. Help the stores to improve their process and also push the organization to move from Traditional report to Modern BI (Mobile, Dashboards, Story Telling , Wireframing) approaches.
