I establish and implement targeted learning strategies, utilize Scrum/Agile methods to provide “iteration” project management on team projects, perform “people manager” activities in managing my nineteen Learning Experience Design (LXD) team members, and ensure the application of adult learning theories in the design and development of J&J learning content.
My team has won 6 Brandon Hall Group Awards (2 Gold, 4 Bronze) for designing and developing key J&J Learn GSC Learning Programs in the last two years.
