With over 20 years of experience in diverse areas of Human Resources, I am now immersed in the world of Procurement at CEMEX—driving digital transformation, shaping the supplier experience, and promoting new ways of working under our evolving Procurement Model. 

  

My HR background spans Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, HR Systems, and Organizational Development, both at the corporate level and in operations. I’ve led and contributed to key initiatives such as the design and rollout of IGNITE and CONNECT leadership programs, global implementation of SAP HCM, engagement survey strategy, LMS and learning offerings, and cross-functional support for HR processes and tools. 

  

I hold an MBA from ITESM (CEM) and a Bachelor’s in Communication, also from ITESM.
