A seasoned professional with a proven track record, Balkrishna has designed and implemented “Cloud Scale” services over the past decade, including IaaS, PaaS, and infrastructure management automation. His career highlights include leading multimillion-dollar projects for state and federal governments, seamlessly integrating enterprise IT infrastructure, and spearheading cloud migration and disaster recovery strategies. 

Currently serving as a Technology Transformation Manager and Senior Solution Architect at Ernst & Young, Balkrishna leads technology initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. He ensures secure, scalable cloud environments while optimizing IT infrastructure costs. His strategic approach to digital transformation, IT sourcing, and disaster recovery planning has significantly enhanced operational efficiency and reduced costs for clients. 

Previously, at Unisys Corporation, Balkrishna directed critical digital modernization efforts for U.S. federal agencies and state governments, including a $57 million GSA modernization initiative. His technical acumen extends to implementing cloud-based disaster recovery solutions, optimizing storage and backup systems, and providing trusted advisory services to high-level stakeholders. 

Balkrishna advocates continuous learning and holds various certifications, including AWS Certified Solution Architect (Professional and Associate), Azure Cloud Practitioner, FinOps Practitioner, and VMware Certified Associate. His deep expertise spans AWS, Azure, hybrid cloud solutions, cyber security, and IT governance. 

Balkrishna earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Mumbai University, India, and a Licentiate Mechanical Engineering Diploma from V.J.T.I Mumbai, India. With a Public Trust clearance, he is uniquely positioned to manage sensitive IT projects for state and federal agencies, always delivering with precision, innovation, and dedication.
