- Develop and enhance products for the Returns initiatives and coordinate across Walmart.com, Walmart Stores, Walmart Suppliers and Vendors. This involves managing product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.

- Led a technical team to develop a Loan Forgiveness Tool for payroll package protection act under COVID regulation. This tool brought in a growth revenue of $5.5 million dollars. Key activities included overseeing workflow design, UI design, development, testing and release cycles
- Led an agile program at a large investment bank to automate a credit portfolio assessment process which identified high risk counterparties and saved $500k annually. Worked closely with Head of Credit Products to report project status, define requirements & train 120+ analysts
- Led a data controls workstream at a large investment bank which saved $1million dollars audit fine by implementing a controls system within 4 months. The control system monitored and created audit trails of data files which were used by financial models to calculate capital for stress scenarios.
- Led an Impairments Program for a large bank to identify and remediate critical gaps in regulatory processes within 5 months. Worked with finance, treasury, risk and legal to conduct an enterprise-wide data risk assessment which saved the bank from federal penalties

- Managed a 6 membered team to develop an MVP for a stress scenario calculator for a large foreign bank which saved the bank $1.2 million dollars. Key activities included project roadmap, weekly status to C-Suite execs and collaborating implementation across work streams
- Worked with the Head of the Digital Products Lab and 2 data scientists at a large bank to implement a daily case manager workflow tool to review the daily financial health of all the bank’s counterparties. The results were published out of Qlik dashboards to C-suite Execs. This helped the bank avoid credit risk penalties close $1 million from the Fed
- Streamlined data sourcing and reduced cost by ~70% for a large investment bank by leading a data sourcing automation framework for balance sheet and associated models. The key activities included source identification for 25 feeds, data standardization, data dictionary creation, data quality profiling and rules definition
