Vinamre Gupta serves as the Assistant Vice President at Moody’s, spearheading a data-driven approach in shaping the organization’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) strategy. With a focus on achieving the DE&I goals, Vinamre leads the charge in fostering a culture of inclusion through impactful DE&I programs, seamlessly integrating diversity into talent management, overseeing Moody’s Business Resource Groups (BRGs), and curating insightful DE&I dashboards.
Prior to this role, Vinamre’s journey includes a 5-year role as a DEI&B Business Data Specialist at Yale New Haven Health. Here, he honed his skills in developing robust DE&I strategies, creating measurable metrics to drive corporate objectives, delivering impactful DE&I education and awareness courses, and championing supplier diversity. He also brought his expertise to IBM, where he contributed as an IT engineer.
Vinamre is an alumnus of the Stevens Institute of Technology, holding a Master of Science in Management Information Systems, and also received a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Vinamre finds solace in the outdoors, indulges in culinary adventures, embraces the thrill of camping, enjoys travelling, and playing tennis and ping pong.
