(vii) Manage the deployment strategy to translate and land Google’s product priorities for SMBs into effective and fair incentives for our sales teams (>5-6k google sellers) by formulating hypotheses, designing tests, setting targets and using problem-solving techniques to evaluate solutions. 

(viii) Provide reporting insights into global performance across regions by information gathering,data mining, statistical analysis, qualitative analysis; in addition in addition manage the project, including defining and deploying project priorities of Google Ads across the sales team globally 

(ix) Led the operationalization of GTM strategy for levers to activate Google Ads priorities (e.g., privacy, YT) via Seller incentives, Specialist support (pre, post), Marketing, Sales assets and successfully landed with senior exec leadership which improved the customer experience (>+5% sat. score) and assisted Google sellers to navigate complexity efficiently
