Amy Happ oversees the leadership development academies at Grant Thornton LLP which include a series of one-year leadership programs, a three-year leadership academy for senior managers and directors, and a series of executive level programs for the firm’s partners, principals and managing directors. In addition, she and her team manage the learning technology stack and are constantly evaluating new learning systems, tools and apps that are available and identifying how they might be leveraged at Grant Thornton by the learning and organizational effectiveness team. Amy has been a Brandon Hall judge for several years and brings her 20+ years of experience designing, delivering and overseeing learning programs and initiatives to her reviews.
